About Me
I graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018 and completed my community service year in Mokopane, Limpopo. I then returned to Johannesburg, to work in private practice. Additional courses that I have completed include dry needling and strapping.

I treat a wide range of physiotherapy conditions, with a special interest in nerve-related conditions and sports injuries. I enjoy working with both busy individuals and athletes, helping them recover efficiently and return to movement with confidence.

Outside of work, I am a triathlete, training for half and full Ironman triathlons. Growing up, I participated in a variety of sports including gymnastics, horse riding, ballet, swimming, athletics, and netball. This broad sporting background gives me a strong understanding of the physical demands of sport, the athlete mindset, and the frustration that comes with injury.

My treatment approach is hands-on, holistic, and evidence-based. I place a strong emphasis on understanding why an injury has occurred rather than simply treating symptoms. Education is a key part of my practice, and I strive to equip my patients with the knowledge and tools to help themselves, as I do not believe in creating a passive dependency on physiotherapy. I look forward to working together with you to support your recovery and help you achieve your goals.
