I read a saying recently that said “nothing changes, if nothing changes.” Cringeworthy, but true.
Having weak glutes is not a new finding for me, yet I have never made much of an effort to rectify those weaknesses. As a result, nothing has changed over the years (shockingly!)
My commitment to targeted glute strength training (as well as other muscle groups) is aimed at improved athletic performance and injury prevention, however everyone will benefit from having strong glutes benefits, regardless of age or activity level.
